WHAT IS A
SALE-LEASEBACK?

A sale-leaseback is a financial transaction in which a company, typically the owner of a property, sells the real estate it owns to an investor or a third party (like us) - Capital Solution Asia (CSA) and then immediately leases it back for continued use. In essence, this arrangement allows the company to convert its owned property into capital, while still retaining operational control and use of the property.

The sale-leaseback can be an effective strategy for businesses to unlock the value tied up in their real estate assets and redirect that capital into focusing on
other aspects of their operations or investments.
