CSA appoints Simon Dervillé

as Managing Partner of the Company

on 1st March 2023.  Simon has lead the investment and asset management activities in the finest listed real estate firms in Thailand including

Raimon Land Plc. and Boutique Corporation Plc.

and most recently as Managing Director of Fynn Development Co., Ltd.

He will be tasked to select the right deals to deploy the funds and build

a great team to execute these deals.

The Company has  recently secured a high-profile sale and leaseback transaction and is actively deploying more

capital opportunistically.
